“Arcadia was a recomendation from my General Contractor. Arcadia was super responsive and efficient. I was on the schedule in 2 days and problem solved. Technicians replaced submersible pump and wire, check valve, control box, pressure tank, pressure switch, pressure gauge and miscellaneous plumbing materials necessary for replacement. Zero issues. “I called Jason the Arcadia Drilling owner and told him my well quit working and was thinking I might need to pull and replace my pump. He and the great office staff got on it and sent Sam and Shad up to come out and check it out the next day with the service truck equipped to do any repairs necessary for my well system which they put in 18 years ago. They determined it was a failing tank and an electrical panel issue which was good news for me. They had it all replaced and fixed in 2 hours and checked the pumps output readings to verify its good health. Sam and Shad were very knowledgeable and quick in dealing with the repairs and great guys. I have been using Arcadia Drilling for 40 years when they did a great job drilling our farm well in Matlock.”
